Quality & Standars

ISO-Certified Standards

Our operations are certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, reflecting our dedication to precision quality management, sustainable environmental practices, and the highest standards of workplace health and safety

Quality Control (Metrology)

  • CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) – High-precision dimensional inspection of complex components

  • Hardness Testing Machine – Material hardness verification and quality control

  • Tensile Testing Machine – Mechanical strength and material performance testing

  • Tapping Machine – Accurate internal thread production

  • Riveting / Press Machines – Assembly, forming, and joining operations in production processes

Global Summary

CNC manufacturing is based on internationally recognized ISO and ASME standards to ensure precision, interchangeability, and quality control:

Dimensions: mm (ISO metric system) ,Geometry: ISO 1101 / ASME Y14.5 (GD&T for form, position, orientation), Tolerances: ISO 2768 or GD&T, Fits: ISO 286 (shaft–hole system: clearance, transition, interference), Surface Finish: ISO 1302, Quality System: ISO 9001

Packaging & Identification

Products are securely packed in carton boxes, wooden crates, or nylon wrap depending on size and protection needs. Each item is clearly labeled and identified with barcode, EAN code, and QR code for full traceability. Critical parts can be laser marked with serial or part numbers for permanent identification and tracking.

We all carry time machines within us. Memories take us back to the past, while dreams carry us forward into the future, just like precision engineering, where every standard and detail preserves yesterday’s knowledge and builds tomorrow’s possibilities
